Inside the file

  1. Brief

    You send the form, the grade, the destination, and the volume you mean to repeat. That page is the job. A catalogue is not.

  2. Sample

    A mill is matched to the specification. The sample is the agreement — not a courtesy sent ahead of a different lot.

  3. Check

    Moisture, mesh, colour, foreign matter, and the microbiological file are read before a container is booked.

  4. Papers

    The export file travels with the goods: product, packing, lot, and the lane. Private label is added when the carton has to be yours.

  5. Sailing

    Freight is part of the same desk. What was sampled is what leaves the Indian port.
